How Jessie Doubled Her Monthly Revenue & Hired A Full Time Assistant

Jessie Lang is a Long Term Rental Real Estate Investor in Columbus, Ohio. Over the years she acquires over 75 doors and developed her 'Rentals Made Easy Method' launching her first program back in 2022.

Jessie was coasting between $10k-$15k when she met the founders of Scaling Lean.

We created compliant Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to generate quality leads.

We segmented and personalize nurture sequences.

We implemented retargeting to recapture leads that didn’t convert.

Step 5: Sales Process Optimization

We monitored and refined sales scripts & objection handling.

We set up automatic SMS & email sequences for missed calls and non-closed leads.

We set up KPI tracking monitoring call booking rates, close rates, and funnel performance.

Step 7: Analytics & Continuous Improvement

We monitored CRM & Funnel Performance optimizing based on data-driven insights; this helped us refine messaging & offers tweaking it based on market feedback.

The Results

Within Four Months of working with Scaling Lean, Jessie was able to double her monthly revenue and hire a full time US based assistant.

She hit her first $30,000+ month within the first four months working together, and had her first ever $50,000 month in June 2024.

Her Call Booking & Appointment funnel has done over $50,000.

Most importantly, Jessie continues to develop ways to hit her monthly revenue goals while shaping her business in a way that suits her other businesses and lifestyle.
